We now have an LMS Lara Nichols Newsletter which will be issued via email. The newsletter features information and articles on our company and the cleaning industry, job opportunities, Employee Of The Month, and even some tea-break puzzles. We are conducting the 2016 Staff Reviews. If you have already given us your email address you should have received your review via email. If you haven’t (or if you have not got the link any more) you can complete your review online, click My Staff Review
Staff reviews are compulsory. If you are not sure if you have competed one for 2016 then please speak to your manager or call the office.
Filling in and submitting your timesheets is vital. Your pay will be affected if your timesheets are not submitted correctly and on time. Find out more here with our simple guide "How To: Timesheets".
Payslips are “going electronic” which means that we need your email address so that we can send you your login details for www.arithmoportal.co.uk and give you access to your payslips online. Please call the office, speak to your manager, or submit your email on our Staff Data Form
If you do not have an email address we can arrange one for you.
Our cleaning operatives are entitled to 4 weeks holiday per year, this is accrued throughout the year and based on your regular working hours. You must request holidays at least two weeks in advance and they are allocated on a “first come first served” basis.
Holidays do not "roll over" to the next year, so you must ensure that you have used your holiday entitlement before the end of the year.

You may qualify for a Nest pension.
- If you earn £10,000 or more you will be automatically enrolled, but you can opt out. You and the company both contribute.
- If you earn between £5824 and £9,999 you can opt in. You and the company both contribute.
- If you earn less than £5824 you can opt in, but only you contribute.
These figures are for the 2015/2016 tax year and will be reviewed every year by the government.
If you qualify:
We defer enrolment for 3 months, then you will have a month to choose not to join, or ‘opt out’. If you do nothing you’ll be enrolled in the scheme and make contributions to your retirement pot from your pay for as long as you’re employed or until you take your money out.
If you don’t qualify but wish to Opt In:
Contact Head Office and ask for Wages saying you wish to opt in to Nest Pensions.

Many of our sites require certain security checks, for example; the schools and hospitals require a Full DBS check, our banks, building societies, and legal sites require a Basic DBS and confidentially forms, and many of our other sites such as High Ways Agency require extensive security checks.
Our cleaning operatives are not charged for these checks as the cost is covered either by ourselves or the client in question.
A cleaning operative may be removed or denied access to a site based on the results of these checks. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these checks please speak to your manager asap.
